KHUZDAR: The law enforcement agency have taken 62 Afghan nationals including women and children, here on Tuesday as they were traveling from Quetta to Karachi without legal permission.
Khuzdar City Police, Station House Officer Abdul Qadir Sheikh said that families of Afghan refugees aboard a passenger coach were traveling from Quetta to Karachi who were taken into custody in Khuzdar after they could not produce traveling documents. “Sixty-two Afghan nationals among them women and children have been arrested”, he said, adding that the arrested persons have been shifted to police station.
The Khuzdar police have registered case against arrested Afghan nationals under Foreign Act. Further probe was underway.
